Introduction

A certificate states that you studied a certain topic. A live project certifies that you are able to perform the practical implementation of the subject. Employers are now looking for both certificates which this training aims to provide.

Our training programs include web development, data science and analytics, software testing, digital marketing, e-accounting, AutoCAD, and several other disciplines all of which are focused on job-oriented skills. The training can be taken in various forms: online, offline, blended or through a mentor depending on which option is easiest for the student. All the programs have the following stages in common: an introductory consultation to identify your needs and goals, getting assigned to a training institute for your chosen course, undergoing the course and project training and finally attaining certification in the specialization you have selected.

The Path: From First Conversation to Certification

Step 1 — Consultation

We understand your current level, desired role or industry, and what mode of training suits you best, and help you identify the right course. In this step, we also discuss your expectations and answer your questions about the course — if a given course is not right for you, we’ll make sure you know that before you sign up.

Step 2 — Institute Allocation

Having identified the course that suits you, we allocate you to a training institute (within our network) that offers it, in your preferred mode of training, to the extent possible. This step is needed because not all institutes offer the same courses (and not all offer them in the same modes of training).

Step 3 — Course & Project Training

This is the step where you learn: the course content itself, paired with project training. The reason we emphasize project training is that it provides you with demonstrable skills — the kind that interviewers are now asking for specifically. A course without project training is a course without skills, which is why we pair the two.

Step 4 — Certification

You receive a certification that demonstrates the contents of the course and project undertaken, and can show this certification, along with your project work, to prospective employers.

Choose Your Track

Web Development Front-end, back-end, or full-stack, according to your preference and goals, and with hands-on project work that goes into a portfolio you can show in interviews, not just discuss

From the fundamentals through applied analytics and modeling, with work in relevant datasets to real-world applications. Not toy projects.

Manual and automated testing practices, with an emphasis on the practical realities of QA roles and avoiding testing theory.

Practical, up-to-date skills across the marketing channels used by employers, combined with live campaign or project work.

Practical accounting software and process training, aimed at supporting your transition into an accounting-support or finance-related role.

Practical design and drafting training, for roles requiring proficiency in the software beyond just knowing its existence.

These are the tracks we’re most often asked about, but not our entire curriculum. Ask us about other skills areas if your preferred field is not shown here.

Which Mode Exactly Suits You

Online

If your time is limited, perhaps you already have a full-time job, and you can manage learning on your own with occasional instructor assistance.

Offline

If you need a traditional class with in-person interactions and physical study materials, and if there’s an institute in your area that can accommodate your course.

Hybrid

If you want to maximize your online learning and only meet with instructors at specified times and dates for specialized tasks or reviews.

Mentorship

If you want a more one-on-one learning experience, where the pace of your project and course will be determined by your direct instructor instead of a class setting; which is ideal for working people who only have time to manage a less-intensive course.

There are no best modes per say, as it depends on whether you need more flexibility or a more traditional approach. It’s one of the main things we determine with you during your consultation – and it’s not something we expect you to know ahead of time.

What "What Exactly Is Meant By “Job Oriented”?

We felt it was important to specify exactly what is meant by ‘’job oriented’’ since it’s a vague term used by many training organizations. In short, it means: courses that were designed with the expectations of the industry in mind, projects that are similar to what you’ll actually be doing on the job, and the allocation of you to an institute that specializes in your desired field, rather than any institute that can take you in.

That said, it doesn’t necessarily mean that we guarantee jobs upon graduation, and we’re sure you understand why we can’t make such claims.

However, we do ensure that by the end of your course, you’ll be able to show actual demonstrable skills and experience through your completed projects that will greatly facilitate your transition into your desired field of work.

An Honest Note

We don’t publish placement rates or specific testimonials here on the site, as we feel it’s misleading to promote certain statistics when no organization can give a guaranteed, verifiable source for them. What we can say is that we’ve been in the career and skills consultancy business for over 20 years, our network of institutes was developed from the ground up through solid professional relationships, and the project-based structure of our courses was implemented after realizing how much practical experience was lacking in the market.

Why This Training

Live projects in every track - not as an optional extra but as an integral part of the curriculum, so that you graduate with more than just theoretical knowledge - which means you can demonstrate your acquired skills and obtain certifications upon graduation.

Institute allocation based on suitability rather than availability, so that you get the most out of your course depending on your preferred learning method and the track you’ve chosen.

4 learning modes - rather than the other way around - so that the program can ultimately accommodate your needs instead of the opposite.

Over 2 decades of experience within the consultancy field - which has helped us develop specific consultation and allocation procedures that can help facilitate your training needs even better.

Sincere course recommendations - which means if you come to us and ask for something that doesn’t fit your needs, we’ll be completely honest about it during your consultation.

Cost

The fees for the training are dependent on the course, the mode of learning, and the institute you’ll be allocated to since these 3 factors determine the final price. So when you come to us for a consultation, let us know what course and mode of learning you’re interested in, and we’ll explain the fees in detail.

Questions About the Training Process

The allocation process ensures that the participant is placed in a training institute best suited for the course and mode of learning, hence, it can only be done after an initial understanding of the participant's goals is established.

The main difference lies in the fact that the latter involves attending specific practical sessions in the training center, whereas the former is purely virtual with the inclusion of online sessions during consultations. Hybrid courses are mostly recommended for projects or areas of study that require a physical practical component to the learning process, such as project supervision, lab work, and similar tasks.

Unfortunately, we cannot assure any form of job placement. We recommend being wary of any training organization that offers such services. However, our courses offer practical project-based training, alongside certifications, which significantly improve the chances of a successful job search.

Live projects are task-based and are mostly relevant to the specific field of the assigned course, hence, they are developed throughout the program on an individual basis.

Mentorship-mode training implies one-on-one guidance during the course and project completion, whereas regular courses are mostly conducted in a co-hort setting. It is better suited for individuals with prior professional experience in the field and those unwilling to attend regular scheduled sessions.

The answer to this question relies on the target area of study, as well as the prior level of expertise. Please take note that certain fields, such as AutoCAD and e-accounting are generally easier to acquire with no prior knowledge, whereas others, like data science, require at least an elementary understanding of the field.

Start With a Consultation, Not a Commitment

The first step isn't enrolling — it's a conversation about what you're actually trying to achieve, so the course, mode, and institute allocation are right from the start.
